The October minutes were read, signed and approved.
Three Real Estate abatement applications were considered. Two were granted and one denied. The appropriate papers were signed.
A letter was drafted which will be sent to all homeowners within the Tunxis Club community requesting information to prove ownership of improvements.
Meeting was adjourned at 10:30am
